At Computer item , we are committed to delivering your order quickly and affordably. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your items within your preferred timeframe.

We currently offer shipping within the United States.
Shipping Process
Our shipping process consists of two main parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.
Handling Time: Since all products require production, our handling time is generally between 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: After your order is processed and dispatched the delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Estimated Delivery Time: 3- 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like weather conditions or courier delays.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (EDT) Eastern Daylight Time for processing the same day.
Shipping Fee
Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Method and Tracking
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner. All shipments come with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send an email to plasticitem0@gmail.com
with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and items. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of returning the item and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at plasticitem0@gmail.com Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
